Ever notice you react strongly to something and then later wonder, "Why did that hit me so hard? Or find yourself saying "why can't I let this go?"
The Trace It Back Guide is a practical, step-by-step reflection exercise you actually work through—not just read. You’ll write through a real situation using simple prompts that help you explore what happened, what you made it mean, what may be underneath the reaction, and how you can create more clarity around it.
No experience with this kind of reflection is necessary. Just bring a situation that’s been bothering you and a willingness to get curious about what’s underneath it.
I’m here to help you understand what’s really beneath your emotional reactions. When you can slow the moment down and Trace It Back to what’s happening underneath, you can begin to respond with more clarity instead of simply reacting—and create more peace in your relationships and in your life.

I believe clarity often doesn’t come from more advice, more information, or someone telling you what to do. Sometimes, it comes from slowing down long enough to see the full picture.
You may find yourself feeling emotionally entangled, overwhelmed, or stuck in one particular way of seeing a situation—especially when you’re dealing with stress, change, or challenges in your relationships. When you’re in the middle of an experience, it can be hard to step back and really understand what’s happening beneath the surface.
That’s where my approach comes in.
When we work together, I create space for you to slow down, reflect, and look at what’s really going on. Through thoughtful questions, grounded conversation, and a nonjudgmental space, I help you zoom out, recognize patterns, and reconnect with yourself.
I’m not here to tell you what you should do or hand you a quick solution. Instead, I want to help you hear yourself more clearly. Together, we can explore what you’re thinking, what you’re feeling, what you’re making a situation mean, and what might be driving your reaction—so you can make choices that feel more aligned with who you are and what you truly need.
And because emotional well-being and physical well-being are connected, my work can also include guidance around nutrition and personalized health coaching when that support is relevant to your goals.
We live in a world that often asks us to keep moving—to be productive, push through, figure it out, and keep going. But I don’t believe you always need to push harder. Sometimes you need space to pause.
My goal is to give you that space.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. You simply need to be willing to slow down, get curious about yourself, and look at your experiences from a different perspective.
Because when you understand what’s really happening beneath your reactions, you have more clarity around what you want to do next—and more freedom to choose how you want to move forward.
